What makes Des Moines Concours d’Elegance, a premier auto exhibition held annually in Des Moines’ Pappajohn Sculpture Park, unique is two-fold. For one, many of the vehicles showcased are once-in-a-lifetime cars that cannot be found anywhere else in the region. Second, proceeds from the event are donated to the Children’s Cancer Connection, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families in Iowa that have been impacted by a pediatric cancer diagnosis. The event is free to the public with free will donation stands throughout the exhibit.
