Promoting Iowa’s Automotive Heritage; Supporting Iowa Charities
The primary purpose and mission of the Iowa Automotive Heritage Foundation is to enhance and promote the automotive heritage of Iowa and the Midwest. The Foundation provides educational projects and public awareness programs that celebrate automotive art and design and highlight the social and economic benefits of our automotive heritage.
The Foundation’s mission is to share automotive history and knowledge with the public, educating people of all ages. Backed by more than 60 enthusiastic volunteers, our 25-year tradition of preserving automotive heritage and producing the Des Moines Concours continues to inspire appreciation for the automobile across generations.
